Testimony for the Institute of Medicine
As Chair of the Council on Quality Care of the American Psychiatric Association, I was asked to represent the APA and to provide testimony to the Institute of Medicine. On April 26, 2004, I testified before the IOM Committee on “Crossing the Quality Chasm: Adaptation to Mental Health and Addictive Disorders,” representing the APA.
